I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and uncertain about how to make it all work.
After several years working at a Fortune 100 company, I witnessed firsthand the unique struggles professional face—tight deadlines, competing priories (at work & at home), and the constant pressure to perform.
I also saw how people (despite their hard work & ambition) felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to reclaim control over their lives.

Just like a car takes you where you need to go, this simple and memorable framework helps you move forward with purpose. Grounded in behavioral science and evidence-based coaching practices, it's a proven way to create a balanced & fulfilling life — one step at a time.
Just like checking a car before a long journey — such as checking for a flat tire or broken windshield — you need to bring awareness to your current life to address any immediate & urgent challenges holding you back.
Here we figure out which "problems" to immediately work on. This may be one of the most important things you can do, because people can lose years (or a lifetime) working on the wrong problems.
Once you've assessed your current situation (Point A) and addressed any urgent challenges, the next step is to figure out where you want to go where you TRULY want to go (Point B).
Just like a car needs a clear destination for the GPS to guide the journey, you need clarity about your direction in life. Without it, it's impossible to measure progress or make meaningful decisions.
